I bought a 5.5 pounder to look at the honey for myself and use it for what I felt it would go good with as it turns out this honey was way different than a normal amber colored honey that you would buy say at walmart or just somwhere eles,
I poured the honey into large glass jars to get a real sence of it's color -it turned out to be a very dark honey wich from information I got from other bee keepers -means that the bees are harvesting mainly from popular trees in the area along with the numorus wildflower species, so then I tried the honey in a glass to get a mouth full of it and it was amazing! it almost tasted like pan cake syrup it was really rich so with that in mind I melted some butter over some pan cakes then poured this honey on them as the sole syrup and MAN! it was incredible! it was like the honey was perfect for this.- _michael D Newport T.N.
